Privacy policy

PhotoFormTools is designed as a local browser tool. The core image workflow does not upload your images to a server.

Images stay in your browser

When you upload an image, the file is read by your browser and processed with browser canvas APIs. The app creates temporary local preview and download URLs on your device.

No accounts or payments

This public version does not include sign in, subscriptions, paid plans, or an API product. There is no account database and no payment flow in the app.

Hosting logs

The hosting provider may receive standard request data such as page URL, IP address, user agent, and timestamp. Those logs are separate from your images and are used for normal site delivery and abuse prevention.

Your responsibility

Review downloaded files before submitting them to a form, exam portal, government website, or third-party service. Those external services have their own privacy policies.
